Accessibility Statement
Last updated: June 21, 2026
Auction Cipher is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
Conformance Status
We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide array of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.
While we strive to adhere to the accepted guidelines and standards for accessibility and usability, it is not always possible to do so in all areas of the site. We are continually seeking solutions that will bring all areas up to the same level of accessibility.
Measures We Take
Auction Cipher takes the following measures to support accessibility:
- Include accessibility as part of our development process from the start.
- Run automated accessibility checks as part of our test suite.
- Maintain sufficient color contrast throughout the interface, in both dark and light modes.
- Provide keyboard navigation for all interactive elements, with visible focus indicators.
- Use semantic HTML and ARIA attributes where appropriate.
- Support screen readers and other assistive technologies.
- Trap and manage focus in modals, dialogs, and pop-ups, returning focus to the trigger on close.
- Use proper table markup with column and row headers for our data tables.
- Support both light and dark color modes.
Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts, some areas of the site may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations include:
- Some dense, multi-column data tables and valuation grids may be challenging to navigate with a screen reader.
- Third-party content (such as payment processing via Stripe) may not meet all accessibility standards.
We are actively working to address these issues.
